Full System Assemble with 48 Hour Testing and Burn In Requires 4-7 Business days
A Full system includes all the components required to load and run an operating system (such as Windows). RAM (memory), a video adapter, SSD or hard drive, are required in order to receive full system testing. **Please note we do not test Speakers, Keyboard or Mouse. If you would like these items tested please request immediately after you order.**
Full system testing includes the installation of Windows , and a 48 Hour Testing and System "burn-in" using Passmark's Burn-In software suite.
If the operating system was purchased with the system, it will remain on the system. If no operating system was purchased, then the drive will be re-initialized so that a licensed operating system can be installed for use upon receipt.
RMA for Full Systems
If there is a problem with a Full System, please contact CPU Solutions technical support
for troubleshooting assistance. CPU Solutions offers a "no-DOA" guarantee with all Full Systems it sells. If the system is "dead on arrival", or is deemed as not working properly within the first 7 days of receipt, CPU Solutions will have the system picked up and brought back for replacement free of charge. Once the system is received by CPU Solutions, a replacement system will be assembled, tested, and shipped within 3 business days.
