Thanks!  I received my order Friday morning, and just finished setting it up.  This is the second upgrade system I have purchased from you (but have referred you to several others who wanted to upgrade theirs, or build a new system) and I am very impressed by the system I received!

I am a Michigan Tech student studying computer science, and you guys are really the best system/parts supplier near the U.P. of Michigan.  The quality of the parts you sell is top-notch, you have the best customer service and fast shipping, and I love the new cases that you have been stocking! I am always impressed by the way you've always  'gone the extra mile' by shipping FedEx when I paid for UPS ground, or upgraded my CPU to a higher speed because of  fluctuating prices, when it would only cost a dollar or two more.  Keep up the good work!

Paula, the person who helped me with my order, told me that I should email you my positive comments about my experience with your company.  So I am.

I'd put in an order with another online reseller, and got absolutely ignored by them.  I think they went out of business or something.  So when I started looking for another online computer reseller, I was very leery about ordering online from anyone save the big names like Dell and Gateway.  But as those companies offer zero value to the computer literate, I finally decided to try your company.

I called your sales line three times and got three different people, all of them very informed, polite and enjoyable to talk to.  They answered all of my questions fully.  When I finally ordered, the person who took my order assured all of my fears with her warm, personable manner and general friendliness.  Problems that popped up with my crappy credit card company were quickly resolved by Paula, and I had my brand new computer a week later!  The best part is that it worked without incident, even after I'd read some harsh reviews of the motherboard online.  I've since put it through the paces and the machine has exceeded all of my expectations. I know this is long winded, but I've made few purchases over the years that have made me this freakin' happy.  I've already given you guys rave reviews on ResellerRatings.com, but if there's anything else I can do to help spread the word about your company, let me know.

I had a client with a software problem that required replacement of ten computers in two networks, ASAP. After calling, talking with, and receiving bids. I selected your firm, not just because of the price. But because after talking with Paula I felt that that she would make for sure that my needs, in regards to the order and shipment, would be full-filled. I ordered a motherboard from CPU Solutions via their website late on a Sunday evening and was nicely surprised finding it on my door steps the following Wednesday after work. I had some trouble with the BIOS settings and thought I had lost the motherboard in a matter of 10 minutes from installing it. However an email I sent that evening was promptly answered the following morning with instructions on how to solve my troubles. After following the technician’s instructions on setting the jumpers according to my CPU the computer booted up into the OS. The email response time from their technician Bo was within 5 minutes of me sending them and helped me out tremendously. I will certainly use this company in the future and appreciate the swift help and knowledge Bo provided. I would recommend CPU Solutions to anyone looking for fast shipping times and friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

I have dealt with Maureen and Bo both and in my opinion they both went above and beyond any of your competitors. I have always felt better about buying locally but on my first order, Maureen changed my mind about mail-ordering stuff from out of state she explained everything in great detail.... now that I have ordered from you I know I will deal with you Many times in the future... to be honest I'm going to send all my friends to you. Thank you both for being so knowledgeable and your customer service skills are more than I ever expected. Trust me I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Thanks Bo,

I figured it out this morning. I double checked the jumpers on my motherboard and they had the DDR Ram/CPU frequency set to 100. I figured it had to be a motherboard problem when I couldn't adjust the frequency in the BIOS. I was going to send another e-mail saying that I figured it out, but I didn't want to clog up the tech support mailbox. I do appreciate your response though. I must say that I have received better support and information from CPUSolutions than I have from any other computer manufacturer or supplier.

Thank you very much for checking out the problems and fixing them so quickly. I really appreciate your help. I listed the problems here for your reference. The floppy drive was working in the most time, occasionally it did not work. The network card was not working properly in the most time, but sometime it worked. When downloading file from internet, networking did stop to work suddenly. The video card (64MB AGP) did not work sometime. You checked and repaired the computer so carefully. I impress that you gave us so good services. It helps us to perform our project in the schedule. Thanks again, have a good day!

I purchased a PC from you about three weeks a go. I just wanted you to know that I am very pleased with it. Also wanted you to know that your service people are quite helpful and professional, particularly Bo. He is knowledgeable and courteous to the customer --- a rare combination nowadays. The only thing I found uncomfortable about this whole experience is the lack of an 800 service number. For instance if something gets connected up wrong in the PC that you put together I don't think it is right that the customer has to pay the long distance charges to get it fixed. Other than that I would and will highly recommend your website as a place to purchase equipment.

Dear CPU Solutions. I just wanted to send you a thank you email. I received all the parts I ordered on time and in excellent condition. I ordered a DVD-ROM and a burner from another company and the parts haven't arrived yet and it's coming from a place that is a few cities away. I recently made an order online with your company and must say I was more than pleased with the entire process. My order was less than $200.00 but you all treated me like it was $2000.00.


Before I made my order I called your store to check out the operation. If I can't communicate with the staff then I am not wasting my time and energy hoping the products and support are satisfying. When I called, a young man answered the phone. His last words of the greeting were "May I help you". When I heard that I was already impressed. After talking a few seconds I started with my questions and needs. The gentleman was knowledgeable and listened to me. Never did he cut me off in mid sentence or say "no you’re wrong about that". After he helped me with my decision I asked about an over the phone order or online. He said it was totally up to me; whatever was convenient with me! Now there you go! Customer Service that stayed focused on me.
As for the promptness of the delivery, I made the order late in the afternoon and received the tracking number the same day. I received the package on the following Monday, a day early. SUPER PACKAGEING!


I was so impressed with everything; I called your store today and spoke with a young lady, again answering the phone with readiness to help. I told her I just wanted to commend your company on such great service. The young lady was so appreciative of the call and I could tell that she was excited. That's how you make it work. If your employees work together as a team and the excitement of a compliment is shared by all, then that shows a wonderful foundation.


The E market is so impersonal. But you guys have personality and great pride. I wish you the best of luck!

Bo, I changed the connectors around per your information. I also went to the ECS web site and got the correct pins for the rest of the case wires. Why is the owner’s manual that came with the motherboards case wires so different than the one on the ECS website. I hooked the case wires up per the manual I down loaded from the web site and the power came up. I will be checking the rest of the board out for the next two days. I will let you know if everything is up and running after Thanksgiving. Have a nice turkey day and thanks again for your help and you have been the most down to earth tech that I have worked with in a long time. If you ever need anything from me down this way just let me know.

Regarding RMA # 1479 - I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the terrific and timely level of technical support I received on a barebones system which was having a problem. Bo Bracy did a super job of jumping into the problem and resolving it in a most expeditious and efficient manner. More than that the manner in which I was kept informed virtually every step along the way impressed the heck out of me. Needless to say when you receive an RMA on a Friday noon and get it turned around by the following Tuesday - that is SERVICE. I will DEFINITELY come back to CPU Solutions for all my future upgrade needs and have been praising your merits and your prices to my friends.
