RMA SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

If you have checked the links above and are still unable to resolve your issue you can submit a technical support request or RMA request to return your product for testing / repair / exchange if it is still under warranty.(Please refer to the CPU Solutions Policy and Warranty page for warranty information specific to your items.)

Please fill out the form below to submit an RMA request. All information is required. Make sure to include your: NAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL, SI # or SO #, a detailed problem description and SERIAL NUMBER.This will ensure timely processing of your RMA request. Please specify whether you would like a replacement, store credit or refund if eligible. (Item credits and refunds can only be requested within 30 days of purchase.)
